I have always been a strong voice for those who do not. I believe we are stronger together and together we can accomplish anything. That is why I decided to run for President when the seat became vacant. I am PROUD to be apart of such a strong and visible union. I have been in the health care field for 25 years (Home care for 15) and have seen a lot of changes, some for the better, unfortunately more not. In the shuffle of everything it is always the frontline and clients that are forgotten about so I chose to step up, speak up and fight the good fight. I want to see membership engagement increase as this will lead to an unwavering solidarity to stand up for one another.

Taking the president seat at the beginning of a pandemic was challenging but I have loved every moment of it.
